What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support the Memory Care team while creating a positive and accountable culture.
• Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and team members to provide individualized, high-quality care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families and serve as a trusted resource throughout their memory care journey.
• Support engaging programs, events, and experiences that bring connection and joy to residents’ days.
• Manage departmental budgets and assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Nebraska required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
• Experience working with seniors, with memory care experience strongly preferred.
• Degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of facility regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for serving seniors.
• Comfort with computers and technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and step in when needed.
