Must have hospitality housekeeping and short-term rental management experience. No exceptions. This position is The Service Companies' on-site account manager and represents the face of The Service Companies to the client.Essential Duties:Responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department to include room turn times, customer service scores and profitabilityManages a base of up to 50 employeesAbility to effectively track "piece pay" data pointsKey interface between client property senior management and The Service Companies Senior ManagementUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct Publicly recognizes and rewards employeesFollows and teaches all required safety and standard operating proceduresAdheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, FloridaWorks weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hoursEnsures new employees follow the company training planEnsures proper documentation is completed as necessaryEnsures payroll is completed daily based on The Service Companies' on-demand pay modelSmiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employeesActs as a role model to other The Service Companies employeesSkills and Abilities:7+ years prior housekeeping management experience in a Short-Term Rental ManagementAbility to understand, analyze and manage the monthly P&LAbility to speak publicly addressing a large groupAbility to push and pull 50 poundsAbility to remain standing for extended periods of timeMust meet company and client's appearance standardsAbility to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicalsAbility to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodationAbility to motivate and respect a diverse team of hourly employeesKnowledge of Microsoft SuiteAbility to commute within the Miami Metro area requiredSpanish fluency required
