- Improve productivity, cost control, and operational consistency across six continuously operating plants
- Lead and develop six plant managers while maintaining detailed knowledge of each facility's performance
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to support service deadlines, reduce overtime, and improve retention
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, plant disruptions, and vacant management positions to maintain production continuity
- Establish reliable operating practices for customer-owned goods processing with 24-hour delivery expectations
- Laundry operations experience, ideally in customer-owned goods processing for hotel, restaurant, or spa customers
- Long-term manufacturing leadership experience in a multi-shift operation running seven days per week, 365 days per year
- Proven ability to lead multi-site operations with a strong focus on productivity, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and floor-level execution
- 60% travel to 6 plant locations between South to North Florida, and Georgia
