Bilingual Staffing RecruiterPeak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.The Recruiter proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions at several locations. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online in English or Spanish. Assists the Site Managers with compiling reports and employee engagement. Seeks new business opportunities to place candidates from the company’s database.Compensation and Benefits:$19.00 - $21.00/ hourAll travel costs paid by company including mileagePaid vacation after 4 months of employmentPaid holidaysRaises based on performanceEligible for commissions and bonusesMedical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityHours: 8:00am - 5:00pmEssential Functions:Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks in English or SpanishTravels to company locations in NC and SC to conduct interviews and orientationsCrafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS textsCoordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirementsAnalyzes resumes accuratelyIdentifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniquesInterviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.Completes employment reference checks on candidatesSchedules candidates for interviewsDevelops talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintains an up-to-date and effective candidate databaseEnters data into ATS and HRIS systemsCompiles reports as neededComply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulationsRequirements:Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more)Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)Solid verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skillsOutstanding time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and effectively prioritize workloadAbility to work individually or on teams as requiredFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clientsHigh school diploma or equivalent
