Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Manage a book of business valued at $2 million+ with a focus on middle-market accounts.
- Handle renewals (90%) and assist producers with new business marketing (10%).
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other policy-related tasks.
- Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
- Utilize the Epic software system for account management.
- Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Resolve conflicts and manage high-stress situations effectively.
- Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with construction or generalist accounts in the middle-market segment.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in quoting, renewals, and marketing insurance policies.
- Soft Skills : Timeliness, personable demeanor, conflict resolution, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Education : Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
