International Kindergarten Position available：

Package
• Monthly Salary (after tax): RMB 21,000 – 30，000 (inclusive of housing allowance), commensurate with the assigned city and teaching experience.
• Commercial medical insurance provided.

15 working days of annual leave (including winter holidays), fully paid;
5 working days of sick leave, fully paid;
Chinese Public Holidays.
• Children's Tuition Discount: Employees' children shall enjoy a 70% tuition reduction for the first and second child enrolled in Etonkids kindergartens.

• International Round-Trip Airfare Reimbursement: After two (2) years of continuous employment, employees are eligible for an annual round-trip economy class airfare reimbursement to their home country, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 5,000.
• Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) – Additional Compensation: The Employee is required to teach at least one (1) extra-curricular class per school term. Such classes shall be compensated separately on a per-class basis, in accordance with the ECA pay scale.
• Relocation Allowance (Actual Expenses Reimbursed)
Overseas hire: up to RMB 6,000 / Domestic cross-city hire: up to RMB 2,000, applicable to second-class train tickets or economy-class flights, reimbursed on actual expenses.

The Company offers professional development sessions. Employees may also opt to participate in the Etonkids Montessori Teacher Training Accreditation (EMTTA) certification program for career advancement.
