DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a remote Associate Product Manager to join their team.Summary:We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a supply chain technology initiative. This role will partner with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and a third-party technology provider to help deliver innovative solutions that improve inventory planning and replenishment processes across the environment. You'll play a key role in helping teams translate business needs into actionable requirements while ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.What You'll Do:* Associate Product Manager will manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and requirements* Partner with engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project execution* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews* Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives* Work closely with teams responsible for inventory planning, replenishment, and supply chain optimization* As an Associate Product Manager, you will help define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders* Support data-driven decision making by working with technical teams and business partners* Collaborate with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes and outcomesRequirements* 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role* Experience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, and requirements* Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver software or technology solutions* Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile project management tools* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesThe ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly learn complex business domains, manage competing priorities, and effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
