To learn more, visit DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building product enhancements that customers will love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. ResponsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthActively engage customers to review use cases and discuss technical requirementsCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesCollaborate with UI/UX and Engineering teams to implement requirementsScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesDrive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team membersEvaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding and support sales teams for sale and deployment of iboss productsRepresent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and servicesQualifications5+ years of proven work experience in product management in the network security spaceStrong technical foundation in networking and network security technologies e.g., VPN, Zero Trust Security (ZTNA), Software Defined Perimeter (SDP), Secure Web Gateway, FirewallProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleProven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMBA/BA or MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferredBenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental, Chiropractic - open to domestic partners401K with company matchUnlimited PTO policyCompany paid holidaysOptimistic, supportive, and FUN work environmentThe duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran or as an individual with a disability.This position is not eligible for sponsorship of work visas
