Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?What You'll Do:Strategize: Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our membersIdentify opportunities to innovate around new fan experiences, ensuring a best-in-class user experience by synthesizing customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedbackExecute: Support and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.Build a member-centric, data-informed roadmap for the product area you're working withEnsure all experiences are flexible, scalable, and intuitive across web and appCollaborate: Collaborate with more senior product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on best-in-class products and user-facing featuresWork with other primary stakeholders (like our UX, Creative, and Marketing teams)Learn: Deeply understand the DFS and Prediction market landscapeChampion a data-driven approach to product decision-makingBecome an expert on how competitors are engaging users with free-to-play gaming.Grow: Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it.What You Have:4+ years of experience in product management or related disciplinesA proven track record of building products customers loveProven success in thinking from MVP through future iterationsExcellent documentation and communication skills, clearly defining use casesStrong ability to synthesize cross-functional input (legal, CX, eng, design)Experience building mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems.A constant desire to learn.What Makes You Stand Out:Prior experience in the sports/gaming industry and/or a power user of the industry's products.Have deep knowledge of and passion for the next-gen fan sports experience, including deep understanding of how sports, content, and social media intersectCommunity. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
