Shift Details:
- 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Training conducted on 1st Shift prior to moving to nights
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and automated equipment.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and meeting production goals.
- Perform quality checks on parts and finished products.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Accurately use a tape measure.
- Prior machine operation experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with machine setup, production lines, or automated equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong attention to quality control standards.
- Blueprint reading skills preferred.
- Technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work overnight shift.
