What You'll Do

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy
• Check patients in and out while ensuring a seamless visit experience
• Verify and update demographic, insurance, and registration information
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, balances, and other patient payments
• Explain financial responsibilities clearly and professionally
• Assist with medical collections and follow-up on outstanding patient accounts
• Coordinate with Billing, Insurance, and Financial Counseling teams to ensure accurate and efficient processes
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front office operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
