As the Project Leader, you will steer project success from inception to completion while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities Lead and manage contents restoration projects, ensuring timely and effective completion while strictly adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices. Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks related to cleaning, packing out contents, mold remediation, and packing/unpacking for both residential and commercial properties. Ensure the meticulous handling of contents, including cleaning, packing, storage, and transportation with a focus on detail and care. Monitor progress closely, address issues efficiently, and adapt plans as necessary to meet client expectations. Guarantee compliance with all health regulations, safety standards, and company protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities including logs of contents dealt with, cleaning processes executed, and incident reports.
