What You'll Do

Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes
Administer medications, TPN, wound care, drains, Foley, and narcotics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information accurately in Epic
Support emergency team and relief protocols when required
Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
Epic experience
Comfortable with patient ratios of 1:5/6

Preferred:

LTAC experience
Experience with special procedures: TPN, wound care, drains, Foley, narc administration
Ability to work block scheduling and handle emergency team assignments
