IT Project ManagerLocation: Richardson, TXOnsite Flexibility: OnsitePosition Type: ContractContract Duration: 5 monthsPay Rate: $55.00–$70.00 / Hour (USD)Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job SummaryAs an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of customer-facing solutions, leading activities across the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to final deployment. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, monitor budgets and schedules, and provide regular progress updates to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Required Experience5 years of Project Management experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.Experience in budget management and financial reporting.Experience managing diverse teams consisting of internal and external resources, both on- and off-shore.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a global Fortune 500 provider in the HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) industry, with operations spanning multiple continents and a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
