• Hours/week: Varied, based on shift schedule

• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license, appropriate certifications (e.g., Neonatal, Critical Care)
• Experience: Prior NICU or Critical Care experience preferred

What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality care for neonatal and critically ill patients in a busy NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in medical records
• Respond to emergent situations promptly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatal or Critical Care certification/licenses (if applicable)
• 2+ years of NICU or adult Critical Care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work onsite consistently and reliably

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a high-acuity NICU or ICU setting
• BLS/ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
