Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• At least 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical techs
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and assist with patient preparation
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and maintain optimal sterile fields
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any complications or changes
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with facility protocols
• Support post-operative patient care and participate in handovers to recovery staff
