Job Title Physical Therapist – IRP Department East – Physical Therapy Responsibilities Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, general medical, vascular, or musculoskeletal conditions. Assess patients upon referral and collaborate with patients and team members to develop plans of care. Provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of physical therapy discipline. Educate and support patients/families and facilitate continuing care planning. Coordinate services and programs with other therapists, support staff, physicians, nurses, and Patient Care Resource Managers. Adhere to Intensive Caring values (caring, respect, excellence, service, teamwork) in all interactions. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited institution. License to practice physical therapy in Ohio or current eligibility to take the state licensure examination. Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy clinical internship. One year of experience working in a medical setting preferred.
