In this role, you’ll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus.
