Customer Experience Coordinator, Immediate Openings (Coral Gables)
Full-time
The Dorne Region
The Dorne Region is adding a Customer Experience Coordinator to its Coral Gables office. This full-time, on-site opportunity is built for someone who enjoys conversations, notices the details that keep things moving, and wants to grow practical client-service skills in a professional environment.
In this role, you will:
- Connect with people exploring health coverage and life-benefit options
- Ask clear questions and organize the details that matter.
- Coordinate appointments and next steps with care
- Keep follow-up timely, accurate, and professional
Prior insurance experience and a degree are not required. Training, coaching, examples, and a clear workflow are provided. If you are dependable, coachable, and ready to build confidence through meaningful client conversations, apply for interview consideration.
