If you want to be part of a company that makes a difference in the lives of thousands of people every day, this is your opportunity.DescriptionAs a Technical Support Representative, you will support both internal and external users of Safety Mojo, our cutting-edge safety software solution, by providing troubleshooting and technical support via phone, chat and email to provide an appropriate resolution to their request. The pay range is between $21/hr. – $25/hr., depending on experience.Here Is What You Will Be Doing:Answer inbound case requests from phone, chat and emailProvide initial triage and troubleshooting of all issues and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their request and escalate and monitor issues as neededKeep clients informed of case statusUtilize ZenDesk for case management and escalation in accordance with established proceduresWork with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to ensure client's technical needs are metProfessionally represent Mojo AI to clients and peers at all timesEnsure the highest quality serviceDevelop knowledge of current products and stay current with product advancements and industry standardsOther duties as assignedHere Are The Qualifications We Are Looking For:1-2 years of proven ability in a technical support roleStrong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to excel in a fast?paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for successDemonstrate possession of client soft skillsZenDesk experience preferredStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work autonomously by being self-motivated, analytical, a quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and effectivenessMojo AI Offers:Competitive payHealth insuranceRetirement plans 401(k)Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)Flexible work schedules/hybrid work options
