You’ll have the autonomy to build the strategy, challenge the status quo, test new ideas and turn insights into action. Performance Marketing Own strategy, budgets, forecasting, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding, optimization and ROI across the full student acquisition funnel. Drive improvements across programme pages, landing pages, blogs and evergreen content while working closely with content, web and marketing teams. 15–20 High-Quality Backlinks / Month 10–15 New Referring Domains / Month +15–20% AI Search Visibility While continuously improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality across paid channels. Seasoned professional with strong expertise in Digital Marketing is a must Strong expertise across Performance Marketing + SEO Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & Bing Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs & Screaming Frog or equivalent tools Practical experience with GEO, AEO and/or LLM Optimisation Strong analytical, commercial and strategic mindset Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, audience segmentation and marketing analytics Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Professional English — essential for internal communication and collaboration Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Higher Education, EdTech or lead-generation experience is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred Join a fast-growing global higher education organization where digital is a key driver of international growth.
