Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Total Wireless
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Structure: Hourly Base + Competitive Commission / Bonus Pay
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Total Wireless . In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right wireless plans, devices, and accessories while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. If you are driven by sales targets, love technology, and enjoy interacting with people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their mobile communication needs, and recommend the best Total Wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories.
- Sales & Upselling: Drive daily store performance by achieving sales goals, cross-selling accessories, and promoting current service offers (such as 5G Home Internet and plan promotions).
- Device Activations & Troubleshooting: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process device activations, and assist customers with basic device setup or troubleshooting.
- Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to ensure a seamless shopping environment.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to opening and closing procedures, inventory guidelines, and company operating standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Previous retail sales, customer service, or wireless industry experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Multilingual: Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a strong plus.
- Work Ethic: A positive, energetic attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and reliability.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
