Our hospital includes a 24‑hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Prepare equipment and supplies for respiratory therapist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination/treatment by complying with established policies and procedures. Organize and document all aspects of assigned duties in coordination with therapists, nursing personnel, and other areas of department to ensure accurate and timely performance of therapeutic procedures. Participate in performance improvement activities by collecting data to ensure quality is consistent with established standards. Assume responsibility for professional growth and development by participating in educational activities to promote continuous improvement and compliance with patient care standards. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Enrolled in a CoARC approved Respiratory Therapy program Completion of 1st year of respiratory therapy program Knowledge and ability to operate all respiratory equipment CPR Certified Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date #J-18808-Ljbffr
