Life Insurance Underwriter

Supporting a growing Consumer Markets Division, the full-time Life Insurance Underwriter will evaluate insurance applicants and assess mortality risk while working 100% remotely. Key responsibilities Review upfront underwriting data and handle additional requirements for risk selection Finalize cases and enter medical history using system workbenches to process and decision cases Adhere to schedules and meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards Required qualifications 7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience with proven proficiency in underwriting processes Ability to handle advanced decision-level authorities without co-signature (1 Million or higher) Bachelor's Degree preferred Completion of LOMA 280/281 and 290/291; actively working toward AALU, FLMI, and FALU Effective written and verbal communication skills for building internal and external relationships
