**Key Responsibilities** **Freight Operations & Execution** Jump into the action by coordinating and executing shipments from pickup through delivery Keep your finger on the pulse—monitor load progress and share updates, flag delays, or tackle issues head-on Be the problem-solver who resolves service hiccups quickly and professionally **Systems & Process Management** Get hands-on with load details in our internal systems (including Transport Pro) Keep everything crystal clear across customer portals and tracking tools—accuracy is your superpower Stay organized by ensuring all shipment documentation is complete and ready to go **Communication & Collaboration** Be the connector!
