Physician Assistant, Cambridge Breast Center Home Physician Assistant, Cambridge Breast Center Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) , a well-respected, nationally recognized, and award-winning public healthcare system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our nationally accredited CHA Breast Center. The Cambridge Breast Center is dedicated to providing a personal, patient-centered approach, focusing on continuous quality improvement, teamwork, and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for serving our community and the underserved, multicultural patient population of CHA. Position Details Part-time, 24 hour/week position at our Breast Center in Cambridge. Co-manage the medical care of Breast Center patients in collaboration with a physician, adhering to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Provide comprehensive patient care within the Breast Center, including managing acute and chronic diseases according to established clinical guidelines. Order necessary laboratory and radiographic studies. Triage urgent telephone calls from patients. Support Accreditation Programs to ensure standards are met. Collaborate effectively with the RN Navigator on various patient care efforts. Base salary ranges from $72,000-$108,000 determined by years of experience. Required Qualifications 2 years of PA experience required, Breast Center experience strongly preferred. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current Massachusetts licensure authorizing practice in an expanded role. Current DEA number and Mass DPH registration to prescribe controlled substances. Maintain current Basic Life Support “C” Certification. Demonstrate a commitment to CHA’s mission and our patient population. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to actively engage in a multidisciplinary team.
