Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Corporate/Transactional Attorney with 5- 8 years of experience to join our corporate group. This role is fully transactional — no litigation — and ideal for an attorney who enjoys deal work, corporate governance, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing documentation
• Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, compliance, and general business matters
• Manage ongoing corporate matters with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver practical, business‑oriented legal solutions

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership (or ability to waive in)
• 5 -8 years of corporate/transactional experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with M&A, corporate governance, and contract work preferred
