Senior EPL Claims Counsel - High-Exposure US Claims

Sompo is seeking a Sr. Claims Counsel, EPL to join our US Employment Practices Liability Claims team. The role focuses on handling EPL claims, drafting policies, and advising underwriting on exposure across D&O and related portfolios. You will provide high-level analysis and collaborate with global teams to publish trends and manage complex matters. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in EPL claims or related litigation, law firm and carrier experience preferred, and is pursuing an insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Sompo
