Join Our Dynamic Team as a MedSurg/Oncology RN Job Description: - Unit Information: - Number of Beds: 31 - Patient Ratios: 1:5/6 - Type of Equipment: Standard med surg, some traction - Qualifications: - Must Have: - BLS Certification - Post-Surgical Care Experience - 2 Years of Hospital Experience - Preferred: - ACLS Certification - ONC Chemo Experience - Meditech Experience - Oncology or Med Surg Certification (Preferred, not required) - Typical Procedures: - General Med Surg - Oncology Chemo Administration - Neutropenia Precautions - Post-Operative Care - Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) - Hospice Care - Best Personality Fit: - Team Player - Compassionate and Empathetic - Strong Communication Skills - Dress Code: - Scrub Color: - RN: Royal Blue - Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen. - Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors.
