Details Med/Surg unit on the 3rd floor West with 12 beds Staffing includes 2 RNs, 1 PCT, and 1 float CNC per shift Patient ratio of 6:1 Uses Meditech EMR Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Required to work every other weekend Floating required to other med/surg departments (24-bed and 12-bed units) Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Basic EKG interpretation skills required Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required Meditech EMR experience preferred US SSN and DOB required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted) No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Compassionate, motivated, and collaborative personality fit preferred Must arrive on time for shift huddle at 6:45 PM Call-ins required at least 2 hours prior to shift start Scheduling managed through the Timpani platform Royal blue scrubs required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; no local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-745678.
