Bilingual (Spanish) Certified/Registered Medical Assistant HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join a growing and thriving company within Morris County, New Jersey! Whether you're a recent Medical Assistant graduate or have valuable hands-on experience without certification, we'd love to hear from you. About The Position
- Partner with healthcare providers during in-home patient visits to support comprehensive patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Collect and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical information accurately within EMR systems.
- Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and other clinical support activities in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate and engage patients while assisting with preventive care initiatives and the management of chronic health conditions.
- Coordinate pre-visit and post-visit activities, maintain necessary medical supplies and equipment, and travel throughout assigned counties to support field-based patient care.
- High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work or Vocational/Technical School/Diploma, required
- Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation required
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a medical assistant working with adults / geriatrics
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30-days of hire
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using EMRs
- Medical (two options), Dental and Vision offered
