IT Technician

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments. Your problem-solving skills and expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and effective collaboration within the organization. Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours) 100% on-site, in-person position** Pay range: $22 - $24 per hour Key Responsibilities Set up and configure Microsoft SharePoint environments to support collaboration and document management Maintain and support SharePoint sites to ensure optimal functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize SharePoint solutions Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing timely support to end-users Stay informed about the latest SharePoint and software trends to recommend enhancements Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems using effective problem-solving techniques Work with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications Educate end-users on software functionalities and best practices Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions Requirements Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization Proficient in software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications in SharePoint and software support are beneficial Solid understanding of software applications and their functionalities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Strong customer service skills Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (403B, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Long Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr MHA (Mental Health Association)
