Internal Medicine Physician Advisor to Healthcare Venture Capital Fund

Healthcare Shares is a Healthcare Venture Capital fund investing across digital health, AI clinical tools, virtual care, remote diagnostics, care-navigation platforms, specialty care innovation, population health, and healthcare infrastructure. We are forming a cohort of Internal Medicine Physician Advisors within our broader multidisciplinary clinical advisory network to ensure that investment decisions reflect real-world care complexity, chronic disease management needs, safety standards, and scalable primary–specialty coordination. Role Overview Internal Medicine Physician Advisors will support our venture diligence process by evaluating startups through the lens of longitudinal care, chronic disease progression, multi-comorbidity management, payer alignment, medication adherence, and primary–specialty integration. While our investments span the entire digital health landscape, internists play a central role in analyzing whether innovation improves total-cost-of-care, patient retention, care continuity, and real-world clinical workflows.
