As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations at a key manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership for procurement, materials management, production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive inventory optimization, material availability, and production planning to support manufacturing and customer demand. Partner with operations, engineering, finance, and production leadership to improve processes and overall business performance. Lead warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery performance. Develop and execute initiatives that improve service levels, reduce costs, strengthen operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives. Utilize SAP and other ERP tools to improve planning, reporting, and supply chain execution. Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline. 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise across procurement, materials management, production planning, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics. Proven success building and leading high-performing teams. Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Track record of driving operational improvements, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance.
