Program Manager Job Description

This role will be asked to partner with our platform program team to ensure our team is following up on outstanding action items, we are managing and escalating impacts to the timeline, supporting the change management activities and communications (in partnership with our internal change manager), hosting sessions to capture feedback from our end user community, and supporting program activities on new teams to migrate on to the ServiceNow platform. Assist in coordinating with the proper teams about the schedule of customer migrations and ensuring we have captured all contract, SLA, and customer requirements to ensure a seamless transition of support.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience in Program and Project Management
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform
• Assist in developing and documenting functional requirements of the platform, documenting user stories, documenting reporting and dashboard requirements for MVP and later releases, identify and document automation opportunities and user stories.
• Build process maps for new teams being integrated with the platform. Understand products and services with new technologies being onboarded.
• Assist in data analysis in identifying initial customers to onboard on the platform and subsequent customers migration plans.
• Adept at critical thinking & Problem solving mindset to approaching work
• Self-starter with the comfort in building relationship, reaching out to new people, articulating the program goals and objectives and getting stakeholders aligned
• Ability to work with different personality types. Become a trusted ally and partner
• This is a Hybrid role and require travel to Office 3 days/week; Location Philadelphia
