Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily experience, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to lease apartments and build positive resident relationships.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective and current residents
Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities
Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
Process rental applications, leases, and related paperwork
Assist with resident questions, concerns, and customer service
Maintain accurate leasing records and follow company policies
Support the property team with daily office operations

Requirements:

Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to meet leasing goals
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
