Pay

$16~$25 per hour

Salary Details

Job Description

Assure A Smile is seeking an outgoing, organized, and compassionate Front Desk / Patient Coordinator. You will guide patients from their first phone call through their treatment journey while helping our busy family, biological, and orthodontic practice operate efficiently.

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM; Wednesday: Closed; Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
