Metro Atlanta Community Fellow
$45kESP
Job Summary:
The ESP Metro Atlanta Community Fellow is an early-career leadership and learning position designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience across multiple areas of nonprofit management while contributing directly to the growth and success of ESP Metro Atlanta.
This is a high-exposure, high-learning role. The Fellow will work alongside program, development, marketing, and organizational leadership to support the planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement of ESP's programs and initiatives.
Rather than being assigned to one specific program, the Fellow will have the opportunity to experience the full picture of nonprofit work—from working directly with members and their families to analyzing program data, supporting events, building community relationships, assisting with fundraising and marketing efforts and helping turn new ideas into action.
The ideal candidate is a curious, people-centered, highly organized "Learn-It-All" who wants to develop a career in the nonprofit sector and is energized by a fast-moving environment where no two days look exactly the same.
This role is designed to be both a contributor and a learner. The Fellow will receive intentional mentorship, regular feedback, professional development opportunities and increasing responsibility throughout the fellowship
