What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Spanish Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ daily needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the care team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with clients.
- At least 2 year of experience in personal care or a related field.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- The ability to follow care plans and work independently.
