Our award-winning State Farm agency in Atlanta is looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and turning customer needs into effective insurance solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000-$75,000 total compensation , including base salary, commissions, and bonuses

What You'll Do

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Educate customers about coverage options, eligibility, and policy benefits
• Assist with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, and claim-related inquiries
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations
• Provide professional, responsive, and friendly customer service

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
• At least 4 years of sales experience , including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, account management, or a related sales role
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targets
• Active insurance license preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred
• Must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license(s)
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
