PLEASE HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN A BOTH A SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY
We are seeking a Clinical Director / Therapist / Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services and have a caseload as well.
Must have direct knowledge and experience in substance abuse and mental health outpatient / PHP.
Must know how to set up all aspects of the program. Group schedules, hours, etc.
Responsibilities:
Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
Plan and coordinate health services
Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
