Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized treatment goals for patients with diverse orthopedic conditions, focusing on their unique needs and aspirations.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, providing one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to ensure maximized attention and care.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and advanced modalities to improve mobility while decreasing pain and recovery time.
• Educate patients on functional movements to promote independence and self-management strategies as part of the rehabilitation process.
• Design lifestyle-integrated fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance each patient's strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to create comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence of improvement.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation to foster a positive rehabilitation experience.
• Remain current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients ranging from post-operative rehabilitation cases to those dealing with chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will manage a diverse patient population, including young athletes recovering from sports injuries, adults needing rehabilitation post-surgery, and elderly clients focused on maintaining mobility. Each interaction aims to empower patients throughout their recovery journey, bringing them closer to their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly using WebPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clarity and empathy in patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

While we require a strong foundational skill set, candidates with previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will be particularly well-suited for our team. Experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and familiarity with innovative treatment methodologies will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy values our staff greatly, offering a competitive compensation package with an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 120,000 .
