Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical limitations, functional deficits, and rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals, and medical histories.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to aid in the recovery process.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Document treatment procedures clearly and timely in compliance with agency protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, appropriate exercises, and home care strategies to promote long-term health and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population ranges from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse individuals, each with unique rehabilitation needs, focusing primarily on orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements, fractures, tendinitis, and post-surgical recovery. Building strong therapeutic relationships with your patients will be key to facilitating their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to identify treatment needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to successfully interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning within the field.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a specialization in orthopedic therapy preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document assessments and treatment plans efficiently.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team or rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
