Work Environment

You will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that is designed to optimize patient engagement and healing. Our typical operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatment plans for 1–2 patients per hour, utilizing evidence-based approaches to enhance recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and devise targeted treatment strategies.
• Employ a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional exercises, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes, focusing on individual goals and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and accessible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. You will engage with a diverse population, including athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals looking to improve mobility and function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using various physical therapy modalities and rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 100,000, commensurate with experience.
