Work Environment

This onsite position entails working in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center where you'll collaborate closely with a team of two seasoned physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The atmosphere encourages innovation and open communication, enabling you to design personalized plans that align with each patient's unique needs. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and progress.
• Evaluate physical therapy needs by effectively communicating with patients about their concerns and aspirations.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour while offering affordable therapies to optimize mobility and functional independence.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities and exercise strategies to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster holistic care approaches and ensure a seamless continuum of services.
• Encourage and inspire patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation, providing motivation and education throughout the treatment process.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions against it.
• Strong manual therapy skills are essential in providing hands-on treatment and facilitating optimal patient recovery.
• Proficient in using EMR Software, particularly WebPT, to document and track patient progress efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable, equipping candidates with the skills to handle a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create customized exercise regimens to promote patient mobility and health.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education.
