Work Environment

This position is located onsite and involves home care services, allowing for direct interaction with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.
• Implement individualized treatment strategies, utilizing hands-on therapeutic modalities alongside therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing patient functional status.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation activities and pertinent self-care techniques to encourage compliance and promote recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include physicians, nurse practitioners, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records to support clinical decisions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on individuals with orthopedic injuries or conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. This includes helping patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and degenerative diseases. Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based practices to craft effective rehabilitation protocols that empower patients to regain strength, function, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure for practicing Physical Therapy in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally within an orthopedic setting.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional skills in developing rapport with patients and a genuine commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with manual therapy techniques and various therapeutic modalities to effectively address pain management and rehabilitation.
• A track record of successful collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in home care settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 , commensurate with experience.
