Work Environment

This position will require you to work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will be part of a passionate team of physical therapy professionals. You will collaborate closely with two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA) to ensure an integrated approach to patient care. Our clinic is designed to promote a positive atmosphere that fosters teamwork, mutual support, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by identifying patient goals, range of motion limitations, and physical challenges.
• Develop and implement customized care plans employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' rehabilitation experiences.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, seeing 2-3 patients per hour, and ensure each patient receives individualized attention and care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inspire patients and encourage them to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Monitor and track each patient's progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve the best results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive care and facilitate referrals when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services rendered, including progress notes and treatment protocols, using EMR software like WebPT.
• Educate patients on fitness and wellness regimens and encourage their active participation in their own health journey.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of athletes and active individuals seeking rehabilitation from injuries, surgical recovery, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills, demonstrating proficiency in various treatment techniques.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Familiarity with sports medicine techniques and rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
