Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, employing specific assessments and reviewing medical histories to formulate treatment plans that reflect their individual needs.

• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly with patients and their families, actively involving them in setting realistic, achievable health goals.

• Apply established treatment protocols, adjusting therapies as necessary according to the patient's progress and the latest advancements in healthcare.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary approaches to care, documenting changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate alterations in treatment plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation meticulously and in a timely manner, including detailed notes on evaluations, daily progress, and discharge summaries, which are essential for continuous care and legal accountability.

• Maintain effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations while ensuring clinical diligence and patient satisfaction.

• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to enhance access to care, understanding and addressing the barriers faced by patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions, primarily focusing on outpatient rehabilitation. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
