Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, assessing their movement, functional capability, and overall health.
• Develop tailored rehabilitation plans, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modern treatment modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Utilize specialized equipment and tools to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain, ensuring the effectiveness and safety of treatments performed.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with organizational protocols, clearly communicating treatment responses, and adapting plans as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing reassessments, modifying treatment programs based on patient feedback and progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment protocols and home exercise programs to encourage adherence and foster independence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field by attending workshops, reviewing current literature, and seeking opportunities for professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic illnesses.
