Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Get Up Set Up Medical Center, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients through the following responsibilities:

• Comprehensively assess orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or diseases within a home care setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and equipment use to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Effectively track and document patient treatment outcomes, responses, and progress, ensuring adherence to established therapeutic goals.
• Continuously reevaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Provide guidance and training for patients, caregivers, and families on the use of assistive devices and appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain professional competence by engaging in ongoing education, attending workshops, and participating in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working closely with a diverse patient population, including children and adults suffering from a wide range of orthopedic issues. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy in Florida.

• Proficiency in using word processing and other computer skills essential for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience
